I was inspired by a scrap quilt on Bonnie's Quiltville site, Sixteen Patch and Pinwheels.
I changed the pinwheels to hour glass blocks, not quite so busy.
With Valentines Day around the corner, I have found a couple of links you want to check out.
.
Heart Banner follow the link to Freda's Hive for a free pattern.
I think these would be fun hanging in the window, I don't think I will get around to making them, but I like the look. Kinda like stain glass.
Happy Quilting!
I love quilts made from scraps. They are so busy and colourful.
ReplyDeleteReally like your 16 patch quilt. The Hourglass blocks showcase the 16patch squars more than the pinwheels do.
