Building Houses on Rosebud Lane

I built a house over the weekend, and I have a good start on a second house. I have also completed all the setting blocks. This is so much fun.

I won't be able to work on it today. My friend Marge is having a battery of tests done today so I will be spending my day in the waiting room. I have my Northstar hand quilting to take along today.

Happy Quilting!

  3. I read this earlier and returned. I thought what a nice thing you're doing today for your friend. Smart to take stiching along and boy I love the Houses you're doing, too. Soooo cute! And the fabric for the setting blocks is about the most beautiful fabric on the planet ever. Aren't you pleased? Yummy!

  9. And now you're building houses. You never cease to amaze me mother-o-mine.

Hope you're having more fun with your work than I am mine today. Stinkin' economy. Resulting in resounding "no's" all around.

Sigh. I'm trying to focus on my successes, though, and just keep going ...
